Job Description
This role requires creating and maintaining technical documentation (user manuals, installation guides, technical specifications, release notes, newsletters, and video tutorials) in English and Polish for systems and products within the NOVOMATIC Group. Collaboration with project managers, UX designers, engineers, and testers is crucial for sourcing accurate information. The position also involves providing UX feedback, translating/proofreading texts, and ensuring clear, concise procedures. A foundational knowledge of XML, HTML, and CSS is required, along with strong communication and attention to detail.

Description
What you will do:
- Create and maintain technical documentation in English and Polish, including user manuals, installation guides, technical specifications, release notes, newsletters, and video tutorials, for systems and other products developed within the NOVOMATIC Group.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, UX designers, engineers, and testers to source reliable information for developing accurate and clear procedures.
- Provide UX feedback to improve product usability and simplify documentation. • Translate and proofread general and technical texts.
What we are looking for:
- Fluency in spoken and written English (B2-C1 level).
- Experience editing and proofreading texts in Polish and English.
- Proficiency with text editors and presentation tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Foundational knowledge of XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively acquire information from subject matter experts and other sources.
- Self-direction, accountability for individual projects, and initiative in seeking optimal solutions.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and patience.
- A degree in English or a technology-related field.
Bonus points:
