This role is supporting the Taleo software application.

Job Summary

  • Overall, 7 years of experience as Techno-Functional Consultant in Peoplesoft HCM and Taleo Enterprise Edition Cloud Services Global Human Resources Module with Client facing experience.
  • The successful candidate will be working on technical support/ enhancements for HCM PeopleSoft 9.2 modules & Application upgrades.
  • Proficient in People Code, SQR, App Engine, CI’s, Xml Publisher, Tree Manager, SQL Scripts, DMS Scripts, ExcelToCI, PS Queries and Process Scheduler.
  • Expertise of Core HR module.
  • Hands on experience on PeopleSoft Security on creating Roles, Permission Lists, User Profiles and maintaining row level security.
  • Experience in configuring and implementing end-to-end Taleo Recruit and Onboarding Cloud services.
  • Support integration between Peoplesoft & Taleo application using Taleo Connect Client and integrating Fusion HCM and Taleo using OOTB Integration.
  • Strong experience in using OTBI for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting and administering Peoplesoft and Taleo
  • Primary skills: Peoplesoft -> Peoplesoft Human Capital Management (Peoplesoft HCM/ PS HCM)
  • Experience and good exposure in PeopleSoft 9.2
  • At least 3 years experience with Taleo Cloud.
  • Strong experience with different phases of Software Development Life Cycle from analyzing the requirements, mapping the solution in line with the business process to testing, fit gap analysis, implementation and support.
  • Experience in preparing System requirement document, Configuration workbook, Technical and Functional specification documents and Test Case documents.
  • Strong communication Skills

Preferred

  • Additional Skills - Taleo Enterprise.
  • Expertise in Integration broker would be a plus.
  • Good with SQL reports and building queries.
  • Taleo Implementation (Recruiting, Transitions), Business Objects, Oracle Business Intelligence, Taleo Connect Client, Taleo Production Support, Transition Management, Development/configuration effort across Taleo SmartOrg, Recruiting, Dynamic Approval Routing, Evaluation Management, Career Section.
