They will drive the development and deployment of live projects, ensuring performance and stability. Responsibilities include client collaboration, project workflow management with JIRA and Confluence, and facilitating Agile ceremonies. The role involves implementing coding standards, providing technical mentorship, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The lead will need to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Must have:
- Strong PHP and Laravel framework expertise.
- Experience working on live projects.
- Proficiency in at least one frontend technology (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
- Experience in technology leadership or a managerial role.
- Experience in team management.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Proficiency in GitHub for version control.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on direct client interaction.
