Telegram Community Manager

We are looking out for a community manager for telegram who will be responsible for maintaining and growing the community on social networks (and via website online help tool).

Responsibilities :

• Greet joining people.
• Answer all the questions coming from community members.
• Refer community members to other team members if necessary (notably - - if there are technical questions you are not qualified enough to answer).
• Follow up on the comments and shares.
• Forward marketing and partnership requests comming through social media channels.
• Moderate social media channels.
• Maintain the FAQ file updated and filled with reliable information, etc.
