We are looking out for a community manager for telegram who will be responsible for maintaining and growing the community on social networks (and via website online help tool).
Responsibilities :
- Greet joining people.
- Answer all the questions coming from community members.
- Refer community members to other team members if necessary (notably - - if there are technical questions you are not qualified enough to answer).
- Follow up on the comments and shares.
- Forward marketing and partnership requests comming through social media channels.
- Moderate social media channels.
- Maintain the FAQ file updated and filled with reliable information, etc.
