Job Summary
Job Description
Tencent Cloud is seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join their growing team in Hong Kong and Macau. This role will involve supporting the Business Development Manager in pre-sales activities, including evaluating customer requirements, providing technical advice and solutions, and collaborating with Tencent Cloud technical and product teams to develop comprehensive solutions for customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of private and public cloud, big data, AI, and digital marketing, along with experience developing technical proposals and driving customer digital transformation projects.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar qualification
- Over 5 years' technical pre-sales experience
- In-depth knowledge on Private and Public Cloud
- Hands on experience in developing technical proposal
- Knowledge and experience in driving customer Digital Transformation project
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
Good to have:
- Cloud Solution Architect certification
- Big data, AI, Machine Learning and Digital Marketing knowledge
- Mainland China experience
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities
- 1.We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join the fast growing, Tencent Cloud International HK & Macau team. The qualified individual will support the Business Development Manager in pre-sales activities, including evaluation and qualification of customer requirement, and to provide technical advice and solutions to customers. He / She will liaise and collaborate with different Tencent Cloud technical and product teams (based in mainland China), to identify and secure domain expertise and resource, in formulating a Tencent Cloud solution to customers.
Requirements
- 1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar qualification. 2.Over 5 years' technical pre-sales experience. 3.In-depth knowledge on Private and Public Cloud (Cloud Solution Architect certification preferred), Big data, AI, Machine Learning and Digital Marketing. 4.Hands on experience in developing technical proposal, response to RFI/RFP. 5.Knowledge and experience in driving customer Digital Transformation project. 6.Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. 7.Mainland China experience will be an advantage. 8.Positive attitude, warm and inviting personality, team oriented. 9.Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% (mainly Shenzhen same day return).
