Job Description

Tesla seeks a Norwegian-speaking Support Advisor in Oslo. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support for a wide range of inquiries (roadside assistance, technical issues, service needs), troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to adapt to new technologies. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, fluent in Norwegian and English, a skilled multi-tasker, and a quick learner. Training will be provided, but a strong customer support background is essential. The position requires flexibility, including weekend and evening shifts.
