Tesla seeks a Norwegian-speaking Support Advisor in Oslo. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support for a wide range of inquiries (roadside assistance, technical issues, service needs), troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to adapt to new technologies. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, fluent in Norwegian and English, a skilled multi-tasker, and a quick learner. Training will be provided, but a strong customer support background is essential. The position requires flexibility, including weekend and evening shifts.

Support: You will support Tesla customers on a wide range of matters, resolving roadside, technical and service-related inquiries. We trust you to guide, educate, troubleshoot and contribute an excellent customer experience, every time
Coordinate: You collaborate with a wide network of Tesla colleagues and departments locally and globally. By partnering across teams, you aim to ensure consistency in our customer experience

An excellent communicator: You manage Swedish & English fluently and always communicate clearly, concisely and respectfully. Additional languages are a plus
