The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce operations team in US, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.

We aim to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the integrated marketing and promotion model for the TikTok eCommerce business in US.

Responsibilities:
• Support business growth by driving awareness and traffic to drive incremental GMV during seasonal moments.
• Drive awareness of TikTok Shop through activating campaigns featuring highly recognizable brands & products.
• Share updates & marketing plans with cross-functional teams and partners to problem solve & align on key messages.
• Support the execution of promotional campaigns for both end consumers and merchants, partner on awareness driving initiatives, and lead both internal and external brand partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience of e-com marketing management; a mixed experience in both marketplace platform side and brand side is highly preferred.
• 1+ years experiences about integrated marketing and promotion
• Experience with partnerships and social media management a plus
• Strong knowledge and experiences about Live Streaming is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
• Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving.
• Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $143555 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
