About the Opportunity
As a Listing Research Analyst at OKX, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and due diligence on tokens being considered for listing on our platform. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with the leading web3 projects to evaluate tokenomics, smart contracts, and the overall viability of projects in the fast-evolving blockchain ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research on tokens across various blockchain ecosystems.

Prepare detailed due diligence reports, including smart contract reviews, decentralized governance assessments, and tokenomics evaluations.

Focus on identifying high-traffic projects and meme coins with strong market demand and user interest. Develop research strategies that prioritize tokens driving significant market momentum or community engagement.

Continuously track emerging trends in the blockchain space to capitalize on viral tokens and trending coins, ensuring OKX stays ahead of competitors in listing high-demand assets.

Engage with internal teams to facilitate the swift listing of popular projects, creating marketing strategies to promote these high-visibility tokens.

Analyze data from blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan), perform network node data analysis, and monitor ecosystem changes like governance proposals and hardforks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights related to blockchain trends, market conditions, and regulatory implications.

Identify potential risks associated with token listings and propose risk mitigation strategies.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Computer Science).

3-5 years of experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or financial market research.

Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and tokenomics.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Solidity, and SQL, along with blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Dune Analytics, The Graph) is a plus

Knowledge of global regulatory environments is a plus.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
