• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor tokenomics, and player behavior to inform the design and adjustment of our token models.
• Economic Forecasting: Use quantitative methods to forecast the economic impact of tokenomics changes on player behavior and game ecosystems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure that tokenomics align with overall business strategies and game design.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly outline findings, recommendations, and potential impacts of tokenomics on gameplay and community engagement.
• Stay Updated: Monitor developments in the blockchain and gaming sectors to keep our tokenomics strategies current and competitive.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in tokenomics, economic analysis, or a related field, preferably within the blockchain or gaming industries.
• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market trends.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
