Summary

As a Tools Programmer at Techland, you'll collaborate closely with designers, animators, and programmers to improve existing tools, focusing on quality, efficiency, and user-friendliness. Responsibilities include expanding and maintaining the company's toolset, staying current with technological advancements, and designing user interfaces and automation scripts. You'll work on both the ongoing support of Dying Light 2 and their next unannounced AAA title. The role requires strong C++ and object-oriented programming skills, experience with UI frameworks (Qt preferred), and excellent communication abilities.
Must have:

Job Description

Your daily tasks:

  • Direct cooperation with tool users, graphic designers, level designers, animators, programmers, sound designers in order to continuously improve existing tools (quality, efficiency and user friendliness).
  • Expanding and maintaining our tools
  • Staying up-to-date on technology trends and new developments.

Qualifications

You meet our expectations if you have:

  • Very good knowledge of C++, 
  • Very good knowledge of object oriented programming.
  • Experience with UI frameworks such as Qt (preferred), wxWidgets, MFC
  • Experience in designing user interfaces and scripts for the automation of work processes.
  • Experience working with different technology topics related to game development.
  • Good command of English.
  • Very good communication and collaboration skills
