At Trackman, we are constantly growing and pushing the boundaries of our market-leading sports tracking solutions. As a result, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Coordinator for our Golf Driving Range Product.


In this role, you will work with the European Range Operations team, Global Support Team, and our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include 1) Overseeing and participating in equipment configuration for upcoming installations are shipped on time, while planning in advance to ensure we allocate staffing wisely. 2) Act as first point of contact to facilitate hardware replacements and technical troubleshooting with our Global Support team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Ideal candidates will have experience in customer support and shipping & logistics with a technical edge and is keen on streamlining processes, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of equipment while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

What will you be doing?


Equipment Preparation for Installation (30%)

  • Coordinate and ensure all necessary equipment is prepared, optimized, and shipped on time for installations.
  • Plan in advance with project managers to allocate staffing efficiently for equipment preparations.
  • Over time, learn the technical aspects of equipment configuration and shipping to become self-sufficient in handling these tasks independently.

Hardware Replacements (30%)

  • Respond promptly to urgent replacement requests and coordinate with our support team.
  • Facilitate replacement arrangements with customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on hardware replacements for RMA tracking.
  • Work with project manager and customers on allocating technicians for repairs that require Trackman on-site engagement, while maintaining communication with key stakeholders

Support Troubleshooting (10%)

  • Assist the support team with troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Provide remote technical guidance to both support staff and customers.

Task Coordination (30%)

  • Update and maintain the task board, ensuring efficient tracking and completion of tasks.
  • Prioritize tasks to stay ahead of deadlines, ensuring no urgent tasks are pending.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all coordination activities related to equipment preparation, hardware replacements, and troubleshooting.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
    • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
    • Proficiency in using task management and communication tools.
    • Experience in coordinating activities and resources across different teams.
