Job Description

This role requires a Trade Finance Support Analyst with 7+ years of experience in Trade Finance Domain Specific Systems and products, preferably Eximbills. Responsibilities include providing first-line technical and functional support for the trade finance application, user support across front and back offices, technical maintenance, and involvement in key change initiatives. The analyst will drive implementation support, create test cases, define business requirements, perform testing (including regression testing), review documentation, handle parameterization, and conduct end-user training. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on a maintenance project for a large customer.

Good To Have:

Oracle 19c database experience (SQL, PL/SQL)
Java EE, Java Server Pages, Web Services knowledge
JBoss, RHEL, Unix shell scripting experience

Must Have:

7+ years Trade Finance experience (Eximbills preferred)
Trade Finance product implementation experience
Trade Finance functional knowledge

Project description

We are looking for an experienced Trade finance Support Analyst to strengthen our team in Riyadh running maintenance project for a large customer in KSA. You will be responsible for first-line technical and functional support of the trade finance application and associated technical services. The role involves user support across the front and back offices, technical maintenance of the application and involvement in the delivery of key change initiatives for the bank.

Responsibilities

Drive the implementation support for Trade Finance Product insuring consistency in the product implementation globally

Creating test cases based on the business requirement, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business for the documentary trade product.

Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities for Doc Trade system

Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

To review Functional Specification documents, SIT and UAT Test Scripts

Involve in Parameterization for example, limit, product & approval and recommendation Matrix.

Involve in end user trainings.

Skills

Must have

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Trade Finance Domain Specific Systems and products. (I.e. Eximbills(Preferred), BankTrade, IMEX etc.).

Working experience in implementing Trade Finance Product.

Trade Finance functional knowledge

Nice to have

Experience in best practices to be followed in Oracle 19c database (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions), Java EE, Enterprise Beans, Servlets, Java Server Pages, JDBC, XML, Java Server Faces, Web Services.

Application Middleware knowledge in Jboss, RHEL and Unix shell scripting

Bachelors degree in finance/IT
