Job Description

Trademark Paralegal position available remotely in the USA. The role involves managing trademark applications and filings, conducting searches, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities will include preparing and filing trademark applications with the USPTO, responding to office actions, and managing deadlines. A strong understanding of trademark law and procedure is essential. The hourly rate is between $50.34 and $75.53 USD. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with trademark software and databases is preferred.

Must have:

Trademark application and filing expertise
Strong understanding of trademark law
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in legal research and writing
