We are seeking a passionate Trainee Game Artist to join our team, focusing on 2D and 3D art creation. This entry-level role provides hands-on learning and mentorship, allowing you to develop skills in game asset creation for various platforms and genres. You'll collaborate with experienced artists, building a strong foundation in game art. The program includes both 2D and 3D artist tracks (PIXLS) with specific training in Maya and relevant software. Responsibilities include creating game assets, collaborating with a team, and actively participating in the provided training program. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong portfolio (where applicable), commitment to learning, and passion for game development.
Must have:

- Basic drawing skills (2D & 3D)

- Commitment to training
- Willingness to learn Maya
Good to have:
- Familiarity with 3D software (Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Maya)
- Familiarity with Photoshop or Substance Painter
- Understanding of 3D modeling & texturing
- Strong sketching & understanding of perspective, anatomy, color theory

- Preferred Degrees:
- BS in Digital Media or Visual Communication Design.
- BS in Graphic Design.
- Fine Arts or Multimedia.
- Basic drawing skills
- Interest in gaming.
- Familiarity with any 3D software (Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush, or Maya)
- Familiarity with Photoshop or Substance Painter (for texturing)
- Understanding of basic 3D modeling & texturing concepts
- Willingness to learn Maya from scratch.
- Passion for creating 3D assets (Characters and Environments) for games.
- Portfolio (if available) of 3D or digital art projects
- Ability to commit time to the training program
PIXLS 2D ARTIST
TRAINEE 2D Artist (PIXLS Program)
1. Educational Background:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or a related field.
- Strong drawing and sketching skills (mandatory).
- Understanding of perspective, anatomy, and color theory.
- Interest in gaming and digital art.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of digital painting, character design, or environment art is a plus.
- Willingness to improve digital painting and concept art skills.
- Passion for creating game-ready 2D & 3D assets (characters, environments, UI elements).
- Willingness to learn 3D tool (Maya) (Mandatory)
- Portfolio (mandatory) showcasing sketches, illustrations, or digital artwork.
- Ability to commit time to the training program
