This internship supports the Japan Growth Marketing team's efforts to increase Disney+ subscribers and retention. Responsibilities include project managing creative assets for marketing channels, identifying subscriber growth opportunities, analyzing competitor activities, executing lifecycle marketing campaigns, and supporting reporting. The role offers firsthand experience impacting Disney+'s Japanese business and involves creative project management, market analysis, and campaign support. This is a part-time internship, requiring availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Must have:
  • University enrollment
  • 20 hours/week availability
  • Entertainment business interest
  • Confidentiality agreement
  • No unauthorized online information sharing
  • Japanese (native) and English
  • Project management support
  • Market analysis & competitor research
  • Campaign execution & reporting

  • 毎週火・水・木曜日に出勤できる方
  • 言語:日本語(母国語レベル)、英語

 

Summary:

This role will support key initiatives for the wider JP Growth Marketing team. The JP Growth Marketing team is responsible for (a) driving new subscriber growth for Disney+ in Japan, and (b) retaining subscribers on the platform. This intern will provide support across multiple Growth Marketing initiatives, giving them first-hand experience in impacting the Disney+ business in Japan.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Project Management: Support in project management of creative being made to use across marketing channels
  • Identify opportunities for new subscriber growth via both new and existing channels
  • Analysis of VOD competitor activities
  • Support the execution of lifecycle marketing activity
  • Support benefit campaign delivery
  • Support lifecycle reporting
