Job Description

This is a 6-month trainee program (student program) for the Local Production team in Minato-ku, Japan. The program focuses on providing practical experience and skill development in entertainment business. Responsibilities include supporting the overall operations of the local production team, assisting with pitching new projects, providing administrative support for production and acquisition, managing documents and materials, scheduling meetings, creating and managing meeting minutes, and performing simple translation tasks. The program requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and participants must be enrolled in a university or graduate program. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a TOEIC score of around 800 is preferred (negotiable). Strong Japanese (native level) and English language skills are necessary depending on the specific position.
