Job Description

Hogarth, part of WPP, is seeking a Trainee Producer for a full-time, 9-month hybrid internship in Madrid. This role involves learning the entire audiovisual production process, from pre-production to post-production, including brief construction, supplier search, project management, on-set supervision, and post-production oversight. The trainee will also learn to audit work based on client demands and internal team adjustments, gaining comprehensive experience in agency workflows and production company business.
Must have:

Requirements for the SOC internship

  • Be between 18 and 30 years old
  • Be registered as a jobseeker with the SOC
  • University degree, intermediate or higher degree
  • Have less than 3 months (90 days) of work experience associated with this qualification

Responsabilities

  • Learn the entire audiovisual production process, from pre-production to production and post-production
  • Receiving briefs from the accounts team and assisting in the construction of the production brief
  • Searching, under supervision, for suppliers tailored to the project's needs
  • Managing, under supervision, the project's requirements (reviewing budgets, timelines, and involved profiles)
  • Assisting in the supervision of production on set
  • Overseeing, under guidance, the editing, assembly, and post-production of the production
  • Learning to audit the work done based on the demands and adjustments provided by the accounts and creative team

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual, or similar
  • Knowledge and good manage of Photoshop and Premiere
  • Creative and Audiovisual Sensitivity (knowledge of visual architecture, design, etc.)
  • Budgeting knowledge
  • How to create a brief
  • Global management of a production
  • Internal workflow in the agency with different teams (creative, accounts, social, etc.)
  • Contacting suppliers
  • Understanding the business of production companies
  • Learning about advertising law
