Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated fresher management trainees to join our team in the medical billing department. As a management trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills necessary for effectively managing medical billing processes and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Participation:

    • Participate in an extensive training program designed to familiarize with medical billing procedures, software systems, and industry regulations.
    • Learn and understand various aspects of medical coding, insurance verification, claims processing, and payment posting.
  2. Assistance in Billing Operations:

    • Assist in processing medical claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and insurance requirements.
    • Collaborate with billing specialists to resolve billing discrepancies and denials promptly.
    • Learn to review and analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Documentation and Record-keeping:

    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of patient accounts, payments, and insurance information.
    • Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing documentation.
    • Learn to conduct audits and perform reconciliations to identify and resolve billing errors.
  5. Professional Development:

    • Stay updated on changes in medical billing regulations, coding guidelines, and insurance policies.
    • Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the field of medical billing and healthcare administration.

Requirements:
