The Training Operations Analyst is responsible for the daily operations of the Saviynt University Learning and Certification program. This role involves setting up in-person and virtual classroom training for employees, partners, and customers globally. Key duties include managing the Learning Management System (LMS) for creating classroom sessions and uploading self-paced video content, enrolling participants in training courses, maintaining and publishing the training calendar, sharing training materials with registered participants, and generating monthly training consumption and customer satisfaction (CSAT) reports using the LMS reporting feature. The analyst will also collaborate with internal stakeholders like Partner Directors, Customer Success Managers, Business Development Managers, and Sales Leaders to ensure timely registrations and will address participant queries related to training registration and certification.
