Job Description

Stibo Systems is seeking a Treasury Manager to join their FP&A finance team. The role involves managing liquidity, capital, capital structure, and financial risks, with a focus on optimizing working capital and improving risk management, particularly for exchange rate risks. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing cash management and hedging strategies, monitoring and reporting on financial risks, and overseeing the company's liquidity and funding requirements. Key responsibilities include buying financial instruments from banks, developing and implementing policies for compliance with laws and regulations, preparing financial reports for the CFO, and providing analysis to support business decisions. The role requires collaboration across departments and has broad interfaces across the value chain.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with banks
  • Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
  • Fluency in English

Become part of Stibo Systems FP&A finance team where you will be managing liquidity, working capital, capital structure, and financial risks. As the Treasury Manager, you will play an important role in optimizing Working Capital and improving the risk management, especially regarding exchange rate risks - and mitigating this by executing orders for financial instruments.  
 
The job
Stibo Systems is seeking a skilled Treasury Manager to join our Finance FP&A team. As the Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial risk including the cash management. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant lawsregulationsand internal policies.
 
Furthermore, you will:

  • Develop and implement cash management and hedging to optimize Stibo Systems' cash position and minimize exchange rate risks.
  • Monitormanage and report the company's financial risk
  • Buying financial instruments from the bank to mitigate exchange rate risk best possible  
  • Oversee and plan the company's liquidity and funding requirements, taking special regulations regarding dividend, intercompany transfers and withholding taxes into account (from Stibo Systems affiliates)
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports regarding cash, hedging, working capital etc. to the CFO
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on financial matters to support business decisions

 
Your new team
You will become part of an impactful team with you being responsible for financial risk management, funding- and cash management structure as well as having regular contact with Stibo Systems banks. 
The team is in daily contact with our stakeholders globally. The working interfaces are broad, spanning across the whole value chain from production and product development to sales and reporting.

The position requires the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Experience within financial risk management reporting, working capital, and liquidity management is an advantage.

  • 5+ years of experience in treasury management, preferably in a multinational corporation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Fluency in English
