Trendy Toy Designer

Job Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the entire design process of diverse products such as trendy toys and figurines, from conceptualization to detail refinement, independently and effectively completing IP series design tasks. By accurately understanding fashion trends and consumer preferences, create unique and appealing toy designs that establish iconic IP products for the brand.
- Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream departments to oversee product model and color quality control, ensuring the best visual presentation of the products.
- Gain a deep understanding of various material characteristics, such as PVC, resin, and vinyl, and be familiar with the complete production process of toys. Consider the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of the design during the design phase to ensure smooth production implementation.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Product Design, or related fields, with 3 or more years of relevant design experience.
- Strong foundation in hand-drawing, excellent color sense, and aesthetic ability. Proficiency in 3D software such as ZBrush and Cinema 4D is a plus.
- Possess product-oriented thinking, a keen awareness of trends in the trendy toy market, and forward-thinking design capabilities.
- Familiarity with the production processes of toy products and proficiency in relevant design software.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
