Job Description

Trendyol Express seeks a Last Mile Planning Professional to handle short-term and long-term resource and capacity planning for their xdocks. Responsibilities include headcount planning for last-mile branches, feasibility studies for new xdock locations, performance analysis and process improvement, enhancing planning and reporting tools, budget management, IT equipment and transportation materials planning, and key performance metric monitoring. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering (industrial engineering preferred), at least 3 years of relevant experience in planning (preferably in logistics and distribution), strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and fluent English communication skills.

Headcount planning
Feasibility studies
Performance analysis and process improvement
Budget management
Data analysis and reporting
Engineering degree (Industrial preferred)
3+ years planning experience
Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
Fluent English

Good to have:

Logistics and distribution experience

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible from Short term, long term resource and capacity planning for xdocks locations
Planning Headcount for last mile branches
Feasibility studies to determine new xdocks locations
Analyzing Performance and process improvements throughout the year
Improving planning and reporting tools according to operation and business needs
Budget managements
IT equipment and transportation materials planning
Monitoring key performance metrics and reporting to relevant teams
