Job Description

The User Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of games through effective user acquisition strategies. This role involves managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various networks, including Meta, Google UAC, Applovin, and other ad networks, and collaborating with internal teams. The manager will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance data, uncovering insights, refining strategies, and improving overall effectiveness. Additionally, they will continuously explore new growth hacking opportunities and creative ways to enhance user acquisition efforts. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. The candidate should be able to implement strategies for scaling a game from a small base to a larger scale, managing seven-figure budgets, and setting/meeting clear targets especially around ROAS.
Must have:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in mobile gaming user acquisition.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and analytics tools.
  • Experience with MMPs such as Appsflyer and Adjust.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Role

The User Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of our games through effective user acquisition strategies. This position involves managing and optimising user acquisition campaigns across various networks, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring our games reach a wide and engaged audience.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise user acquisition campaigns across multiple networks, including Meta, Google UAC, Applovin, and other ad networks, included rewarded networks
  • Budget Management: Oversee the planning and budgetary control of UA marketing efforts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data to uncover insights, refine strategies, and improve overall effectiveness in hitting targets
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, analytics, and product teams to develop and implement innovative UA strategies, and time campaigns according to product updates and business goals
  • Innovation: Continuously explore new growth hacking opportunities and creative ways to enhance user acquisition efforts

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile gaming user acquisition, with a proven track record of managing successful UA campaigns. Experience in scaling a game from a small base to a larger scale is valuable.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with analytics tools. Familiarity with MMPs such as Appsflyer and Adjust.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions, and to report effectively.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to implement strategies for scaling a game from a small base to a larger scale, managing seven-figure budgets, and setting/meeting clear targets especially around ROAS
