About the Team

Financial Markets (FM) has expertise combined with deep local market knowledge to deliver a variety of risk management, financing and investment solutions to our clients. The FM team offers capabilities across origination, structuring, sales, trading and research. Offering a full suite of fixed income, currencies, commodities, equities and capital markets solutions, FM has firmly established itself as a trusted partner with extensive on-the-ground knowledge and deep relationships.

Within FM, the Modelling & Analytics Group ('MAG') is accountable for design, development and delivery of real-time pricing models, risk models and core infrastructure which are used in enabling pricing, market data, intra-day risk reporting capability, and portfolio level analytics including reporting and capital optimization.

You will be the part of newly established and growing branch of MAG team in Poland.

Responsibilities

Design with client stakeholders from Financial Markets Domain

numerous screens, dashboards, charts used for Market Risk Analytics

Designing Value at Risk reports, charts, dashboards and other risk metrics allowing Fast aggregation use cases as well as vectorized data aggregation

Creating a framework for most effective Risk factors sensitives presentation to key stakeholders ( Grid View, VaR, stress scenarios, etc. )

Work closely with back-end team creating API to the Database

Participating in workshops with broader project team

Skills

Must have

8+ years in UX design, at least 5 Years experience in projects for Trading & Risk, Treasury or equivalent Capital Markets projects in Banks, Asset Managment, Investment banking software vendors, digital assets trading platforms o Previous experience in designing Risk factors sensitives UX to key stakeholders ( Grid View, VaR, stress scenarios, etc. ) is considered as must have o Previous experience in designing Value at Risk reports, charts, dashboards and other risk metrics allowing Fast aggregation use cases as well as vectorized data aggregation

is very nice to have o Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field o Experience building business intelligence and reporting tools o Dedication to cross-training, documentation and implementing design guidelines o Continuous learning

staying up to date with industry trends

Technical skills o Proven experience as a UX designer or UX lead, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects in financial markets domain o Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or Invision o Strong understanding of information architecture, usability, and interaction design principles o Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and creating personas.

Soft skills o Strong team player o Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills.
