Eligibility : 3-5 years Experienced can apply

Requirements

• Create and manage User Interfaces, core experiential design concepts as per project requirements.
• Design new product pages, user interfaces and user experiences from scratch across multiple platforms.
• Solid experience in creating web pages, designing and responsive websites on multiple projects and stay updates with the latest UI trends, techniques, design tools and technologies.
• Have significant experience designing for web or mobile applications ( iOS & Android) or both.
• Familiar with the technology behind the design such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, designing tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, Frameworks like Agile and scrum, ReactJS, AngularJS or similar designing tools and frameworks
• Manage the design process from ideation to implementation and ensure design quality and consistency across all products and platforms
• Create UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look.
• Generate original and user-friendly website design ideas for complex challenges.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems for consistent and efficient design implementation.
• Create and validate concepts through research, low and high-fidelity prototyping, and user testing
• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of user-cantered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus.
• Knowledge of SRS documentation (Good to have not compulsory)
