Cyara's UX team seeks a passionate UI/UX Designer to enhance their Automated Customer Experience (CX) Assurance Platform. Working within an Agile environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, document, and launch products. This role involves creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, contributing to market expansion and thought leadership. You'll leverage your expertise in UX/UI processes, design tools (Figma, Adobe XD), and potentially CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Gainsight) is also beneficial. Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial for conveying complex design concepts effectively.
Must have:
- 5-8 years of experience
- Proficiency in design & prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Excellent communication & presentation skills

Primary Purpose and Function
- Cyara’s UX Team is looking for a User Experience / User Interface Designerwho is passionate about user experience (UX) and the process of realizing the best possible UX for the Cyara Automated Customer Experience (CX) Assurance Platform. You’ll join an Agile product development process and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, document and roll-out products that execute the company’s strategy to further expand its market, and remain trusted thought leaders for our clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent
- Min 5-8 years of industry experience
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) and UX/UI processes and fundamentals
- Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
- Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Familiar with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Gainsight).
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
- Portfolio of design projects.
