The UI/UX designer will focus on the graphic creation of user interfaces for video games on mobile devices, social platforms, and web, from the initial design phase to the project's completion. Responsibilities include collaborating with design and technology teams to conceptualize and prototype interfaces, creating wireframe representations, user flow diagrams, and high-fidelity prototypes, preparing sketches, diagrams, and graphic elements, applying and maintaining a consistent art style, and communicating designs for implementation.
Good To Have:- Knowledge and experience in 3D are an asset.
- Experience in design for mobile applications.
- Knowledge of game engines (Unreal, Unity, Flash an asset) and the ability to implement designs is an advantage.
- Traditional art skills.
Must Have:- Experience in game development.
- Experience with UNREAL (UE5)
- 1 year of UI design experience.
- University degree in visual arts or a college degree in graphic design or game development.
- Skills with Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual creation software.
- Excellent eye for color, shape, composition, and iconography.
- Understanding of the game development process.
- Ability to design UI layouts/storyboards and process diagrams.
- Be able to self-manage and give realistic time estimates.
- Highly motivated and passionate about interaction and game designs.
- Excellent written and spoken English and French.
