Job Summary

The Sr. Associate will lead efforts in user research and testing, collaborating with the product development team to create seamless and consistent user experiences.

Software Requirements

  • Required:

    • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript for prototyping and interaction design
    • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices
  • Preferred:

    • Experience with Agile development methodologies

Overall Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for digital products.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
  • Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, including business leaders and developers.
  • Stay current with emerging UI/UX design trends and technologies, bringing new ideas to the team.
  • Lead design reviews and usability testing to validate design concepts and identify improvements.
  • Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive for all users, including people with disabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
