Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring a Unity3D Mobile SDK Team Lead to help us build the next-generation Mobile Growth SDK.

What We Expect

You will:

  • Lead a team of SDK Engineers

  • Develop and maintain our Unity SDK for iOS and Android platforms.

  • Ensure the quality of each release by performing quality control and resolving pre-release issues.

  • Troubleshoot and debug SDK issues reported by internal and external stakeholders.

  • Help the team optimize our ad SDK and reduce ANR and crash occurrences.

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful integration and delivery of SDK features.

  • Conduct regular checks on partner SDKs and stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Unity3D and mobile SDK development.

You must have:

  • 2+ years in a smiliar leadership role.

  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining Unity SDKs for both iOS and Android platforms.

  • Proficiency in C# and Unity3D development.

  • Strong understanding of mobile app development, including development best practices, performance optimization, memory management, and debugging techniques.

  • Familiarity with ANR and crash troubleshooting.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

  • Available for at least 4 hours between 9 AM and 9 PM Beijing Time.

You might have:

  • Native Android/iOS experience (Java, Kotlin, Swift)

  • Familiarity with mobile ad networks and mediation platforms.

  • Knowledge of analytics and tracking SDKs.
