The role requires discussing and developing content with internal planners, artists, and programmers, writing art requirements and outsourcing lists based on client needs and planning documents. Communication with clients on art issues and tracking outsourcing quality and acceptance are also required. Additionally, assisting in the creation and adjustment of related art resources is needed. The ideal candidate should possess strong aesthetic sense, problem-solving skills for art production, and communication skills. Experience in game development is a plus.
