- Understanding of Technical aspects from head hunting till onboarding.
- Confident enough to handle various crowds.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PPT.
- Coordinate with department manager to close the position.
- Participate in salary negotiation and releasing offer.
- Ensure that all positions are hired as per TAT.
- Coordinate with all the department heads for recruitment.
- Handling the recruitment issues and queries.
- Preparing & maintaining recruitment reports.
- Sourcing and screening profiles.
