Responsibilities
Craft and implement supply objectives, plans, and strategies for the company’s shopping center including thorough market research, internal supply analysis, and competitive landscape assessment to establish clear supply goals.
Perform detailed category analysis to proactively identify risks and opportunities across subcategories, brands, and product types.
Utilize analytics to evaluate business performance, predict trends, and provide actionable insights.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, to develop and refine merchant tools, ensuring operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
Empower stakeholders with timely, accurate marketplace data, leveraging advanced analytics and business intelligence to inform strategies.
Identify product traffic and tool requirements to support merchant operations and product growth, managing resources effectively to meet these needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Strategy analysis or product experience in the E-Commerce industry;
Experience in conducting category analysis, market research, product competitiveness and traffic allocation;
Conducting advanced statistical analysis and managing complex data sets to drive product improvement and inform business decisions;
Utilizing data visualization techniques to monitor performance metrics, surface business insights, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership;
Developing and executing data-driven strategies aligned with company goals, including planning, managing and optimizing initiatives; and
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
Travel Requirement: Domestic and/or International travel required up to 50%.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $161762 - $191330 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
