Job Description

Kolibri Games, a mobile games developer from Berlin, is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join their marketing team. The role involves planning, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to acquire new players for their current and future mobile games. The ideal candidate will monitor and optimize UA campaigns, increase global game presence, and be a passionate gamer with a quantitative, hypothesis-driven mindset, capable of analyzing data to optimize based on key performance indicators and company goals. Responsibilities include managing campaigns on channels like Google, Applovin, Unity, and Facebook, analyzing performance, providing data-driven input for creative development, and managing partner relations.
Must have:
  • Manage, implement, and execute user acquisition campaigns

User Acquisition Manager (f/m/d)
We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to work within our marketing team and help acquire new players for our current and future mobile games. Working with the UA team, you will plan and manage marketing campaigns. Monitor and optimize our UA campaigns and help to increase our global game presence. We’re keen to find a passionate gamer with a quantitative mindset who is very hypothesis-driven, and who can dive into data and help optimize based on key KPIs and company goals.

Responsibilities

    • Manage, implement, and execute user acquisition campaigns on channels like Google, Applovin, Unity, Facebook, and more
    • Analyze and optimize UA campaigns based on internal performance KPIs
    • Provide input and data-driven decisions into creative development
    • Manage day-to-day partner relations
    • Keep up with industry trends and new UA opportunities

Required Skills

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a user acquisition or performance marketing role
    • Familiarity with managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels with substantial budgets
    • Previous experience within the mobile gaming industry
    • Analytical skills and mindset
    • A team player who can adapt quickly to others
    • Highly motivated, hands-on, and a well-organized work approach

Desirable Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
    • Passion for games, especially mobile games
