Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher from Limassol, Cyprus. The company is focused on the 4X strategy genre with an ambitious goal to grow it’s hit game Total Battle to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager who wants to become the best in this profession.

Your main objective will be:

  • Web/mobile traffic acquisition, reaching new heights while meeting spend and ROAS goals.

  • Our game, marketing budget, and UA scale have been constantly growing since we launched Total Battle. We are looking for a top UA manager to join us, such that together, we can achieve our goal of becoming the No.1 strategy game.

Responsibilities:

  • The full cycle of traffic acquisition: launch, analysis, optimization, and growth;
  • Testing new features and betas of ad networks.
  • Testing creatives and checking the results for statistical significance.
  • Working closely with account managers from ad networks.
  • Brainstorming new creative ideas together with the Creative team.
  • Working with data engineers, analysts, and web developers on setting up tracking, analytics tasks, and dashboards.
  • Planning the budget and reporting on results.

Job requirements

You will need the following skills to work:

  • At least two years' experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with A/B testing, as well as knowledge and understanding of math statistics in relation to A/B tests.
  • A technical, economic, marketing, or sociology education.
  • A passion for creativity.
  • The desire to constantly develop oneself by means of courses, books, etc.
  • Knowledge of English to Intermediate+ level and a desire to become fluent within 12 months.
  • A love of strategy games.

About The Company

Our company was founded in 2015 in Cyprus with the initial goal of publishing and operating third-party games.


In 2016 we decided that we wanted to work with our own games instead of ready-made products. We were excited by the idea of being a full-cycle game development studio: to launch a game, gain initial traction, and then scale up the game globally and become a leader in the genre.


2017 saw the arrival of our first game, Total Battle. We discovered the game in its very early stages, and we believed in its great potential, so we made it our goal to focus on this single title and become the leader in the 4X strategy genre.


In 2021, we began to transform the company into a full-cycle game development studio, adding game developers, designers, and artists to our already existing publishing team, which consisted of our finance, legal, marketing, community, and support staff. We finished this process in 2022, and we now operate from our two offices in Limassol.
