Job Description

The User Acquisition Manager will be responsible for setting up, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns to promote mobile apps. This includes managing budgets, running A/B tests, and analyzing user acquisition funnels. The role involves collaborating with various teams, including creative, product, and partners, to achieve product and performance goals. The candidate will also be responsible for evaluating campaign performance and monitoring key product metrics to optimize in-app events.
Must have:
  • Experience in mobile app advertising via Google, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
  • Successful track record with web-to-web funnels
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with Appsflyer
  • Experience with cohort analysis
Good to have:
  • CPA network experience is a plus

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager for one of our cool new products.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Set up, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns to promote mobile apps
    • Manage budgets to achieve product and performance goals
    • Run A/B tests and iterate quickly on a large number of hypotheses
    • Evaluate campaign performance and monitor key product metrics
    • Collaborate on ad creative concepts and prepare briefs for the creative team
    • Work closely with partners, creative, and product teams
    • Analyze user acquisition funnels and optimize for key in-app events"

    We expect from you:

    • Proven experience in mobile app advertising via Google, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
    • Successful track record with web-to-web funnels
    • Strong analytical skills; experience with Appsflyer
    • Experience with cohort analysis
    • CPA network experience is a plus

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
    • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
