Job Description

As a User Acquisition Manager at SuperPlay, you'll be hands-on in managing UA and retargeting campaigns across various partners (DSPs, SDK Networks, etc.). Key responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs, developing and executing new marketing strategies, building strong partnerships, providing weekly performance updates, collaborating with internal teams, testing innovative ideas, and conducting market research. You'll work closely with product, monetization, and BI teams to adapt marketing plans based on game updates and trends. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and implementing them is crucial. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Must have:
  • 2+ years experience managing high-budget performance marketing
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ad networks & DSPs (gaming preferred)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent English (written & verbal)

What will you do in SuperPlay?

  • Hands-on management of user acquisition and retargeting activities with various partners (DSPs, SDK Networks, Incentivized, OEM, etc).
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to reach, maintain, and exceed Superplay’s KPI’s.
  • Plan, develop, and execute new marketing strategies & tests to enhance our UA and RT efforts.
  • Build and maintain strategic and fruitful partnerships with key acquisition partners.
  • Weekly updates on performance, trends, and initiatives done with the different media partners.
  • Collaborate with other team members and marketing channels, and share knowledge of the latest learnings to improve our marketing and other department's capabilities.
  • Cooperate with our creative marketing team and constantly test new & innovative ideas.
  • Cooperate with product Monetization, Game economy and BI teams, be on top of upcoming changes, features, promotions, tests and issues while adjusting our marketing plans accordingly.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends & new opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends & updates, ensuring their implementation.

Who are you?

  • +2 year of experience managing high-budget and large-scale performance marketing activities with ad networks & DSPs (gaming experience is a big advantage).
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to details.
  • BA/B.Sc. - preferably in Economics / Statistics / Business Management / Engineering or other quantitative fields.
  • Attention to details & the ability to prioritize and work against deadlines and performance goals.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate and work effectively with partners and within a team.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Products, Excel in particular.
  • Fluent English – both written and verbal (must).
