Who We’re Looking For

Yodo1 is looking for a Gaming UA Manager to help us acquire more engaged players for our game ecosystem.

What We Expect

You will:

  • Manage global user acquisition campaigns for both internal and external games at Yodo1.

  • Collaborate closely with creative, data, product, and monetization teams, as well as external partners, to drive successful user acquisition.

  • Test and expand your expertise across a range of gaming and advertising platforms.

  • Collaborate on building and refining new UA tools, contributing to the future of our UA platform intel team.

  • Develop expertise across global markets, including the massive Chinese market.

You must have:

  • 3 years of experience in growth hacking mobile games across multiple global markets.

  • Deep knowledge of ASO and the latest UA trends. Proven expertise in leveraging major advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, IronSource, AppLovin,etc) to drive results.

  • Experienced in using MMPs like Adjust to analyze campaign performance and guide data-driven decisions

  • Proficient in Excel with strong analytical and revenue projection skills.

  • Fluent in English. Excellent communication and collaboration within cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

  • Passionate about mobile gaming

You might have:

  • PC gaming marketing/UA experience.

  • Experience working with teams across different locations, cultures, and time zones.

  • Availability for at least 4 hours between 9 AM and 5 PM Beijing Time.
