The User Acquisition Representative is responsible for driving user growth and revenue for mobile games by planning and executing user acquisition campaigns across various digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). This role involves performance optimization, data analysis, reporting, creative testing, market research, and collaboration with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, has strong analytical skills, and a passion for mobile games. Responsibilities include campaign planning and execution, performance monitoring and optimization, generating insightful reports, collaborating with creative teams, conducting market research, and working with internal and external stakeholders.

Description

User acquisition helps our games to grow their user base by finding the most valuable target audiences. The craft relies heavily on data and changes rapidly; sometimes the learnings expire in a matter of months. This requires fast thinking, openness to venture out from comfort zone and reading into the smallest of indicators in the data. Close communication with multiple different teams is vital and makes the job interesting. Showing an ad in the right place at the right time to the right person sounds almost impossible, but the User Acquisition team makes it possible.

 

Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution: Design, manage, and execute user acquisition campaigns across different digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Apple Search Ads, ad networks, DSPs, etc) to drive downloads and revenue for our mobile games.

Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to ensure achieving main KPIs and maximum ROI. Allocate marketing budgets to maximize growth and maintain profitable marketing spend.

Reporting and Insights: Generate insightful reports on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team and key stakeholders. And leverage user behaviour insights and data to personalize campaigns.

● Creative Testing: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with the target audience, report on creative performance, and provide data-driven decisions about further creative development.

● Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging advertising technologies. Leverage this knowledge to enhance our user acquisition efforts.

● Collaboration: Collaborate with external partners and internal teams, including game developers, product managers, and data analysts, to align marketing efforts with game development and product strategies, and foster a collaborative approach to marketing initiatives.

Requirements

● 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or digital advertising.

 

Skills you will bring to us:

● Enjoy working with data, and has the ability to break complex problems into smaller ones.

● Fluency in spreadsheet software, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

● Proactivity, independence, and “get it done” mentality.

● A curious and diagnostic mindset.

● A genuine passion for games, particularly mobile games.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

●  Previous experience within the mobile gaming industry

● Experience in working with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Tiktok Ads.

● SQL knowledge.

● Knowledge of ad monetization tech, tools, and systems.

● ASO Knowledge.

●  A strong understanding of Arab mobile gamers preferences and behavior.
