Responsibilities
- Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
- Cross-functional and cross-discipline expertise and skills to propose inputs for holistic design solutions.
- Must be good with visual design skills. Like icon and graphic creation
- Act as a user advocate and liaison between design and development teams.
- Translating business requirements into well-founded designs
- Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, create icons and interactive prototypes
- Leverage user testing to make product improvements
- Contribute to making our process better.
- Innovate and improve designs, patterns, and solutions.
- May interact with personnel outside of the company, such as end users of the products for user research-related activities.
- Willingness to learn and apply in the process

Overview
User experience Consultant
We are looking for a dynamic UX designer who will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our products in the Geosystem. You will work on solutions for customers for both app and web, working on new features and optimizing existing solutions, usability, usefulness, and with exceptional visual design
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Overall 4-6 years of experience working in product or service design sector.
- At least 2 years experience in using user research techniques in a project (e.g., User interviews, User testing, etc.)
- Experience in collaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, and Writers throughout the design process
- Proficient in using UX tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, illustrator, etc.).
- A portfolio to showcase the user research techniques and data-driven design outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
