Technology Engineering Group (TEG) is responsible for supporting the company and its business groups on technology and operational platforms, as well as the construction and operation of R&D management and data centers, TEG provides users with a full range of customer services. As the operator of the largest networking, devices, and data center in Asia,TEG also leads the Tencent Technology Committee in strengthening infrastructure R&D through internal and distributed open source collaboration, constructing new platforms and supporting business innovation.
1. Market strategy formulation
Develop an overall strategy for overseas localization operations based on product goals, business, market, and user characteristics;
2.Teamwork
Coordinate internal and external teams such as regional and HQ headquarters, align goals, implementation strategies, and priorities, and promote efficient implementation and execution of regional operational strategies;
3.Local ecological cooperation and operation
Explore local game developers in the EMEA region ,KOL Collaborate with media platforms and payment service providers to explore traffic scenarios such as natural traffic and paid channels;
Provide localized user experience, develop localized marketing and promotion strategies, test operational effectiveness and continuously optimize, achieve regional user growth goals and enhance Midasbuy brand perception;
4.Operations & Market Enablement
Coordinate with local teams and vendors for campaign execution, payment solutions, and customer support operations.
Stay up-to-date on the Turkish gaming and digital content landscape to adapt Midasbuy's offering accordingly.
Provide regular market insights and competitive intelligence to internal teams.
1. Educational requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, business or related fields;
2. Experience requirement
More than 4 years of operational experience, with priority given to those with experience in marketing, overseas game operations, or user growth operations;
3. Core competency
Proficient in the EMEA market, with a deep understanding of user behavior and digital content ecology; Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or internal data dashboards. Have practical experience in developing and managing local partners.
4. Teamwork and stress management
Excellent teamwork skills, self-learning ability, and experience in managing high-intensity work pressure; Strong self drive and adaptability to fast-paced global work environments.
5.Language requirements
Proficient in written and spoken Turkish or Arabic, written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese would be a plus.
