Responsible for coordinating with the customer service team to assist in handling daily customer complaints, monitoring the game community environment, and responding to and managing online operational incidents in a timely manner. The role involves producing, supervising, and reviewing external publicity materials for the operations team, improving relevant processes to ensure the accuracy of external materials. Additionally, the candidate will monitor community dynamics, quickly identify issues and draft response plans in the event of emergencies, and coordinate various departments for rapid response.
