The UX Designer will be responsible for designing enterprise-level solutions, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers, and conducting user research. They will define problems and goals, create prototypes, and lead design efforts in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for creating efficient and usable web experiences. They will be part of a larger Design and User Experience team, working to provide cohesive experiences and specific customer value-adds.

So, what’s the role all about?

We are looking for an enthusiastic UX Designer with enterprise-level experience. Our UX designers are responsible for facilitating conversations, gathering requirements and especially using their skills to create innovative and highly efficient designs for our products. They leverage their visualization skills in design, prototyping, sketching and storytelling to convey compelling product experiences. The UX Designer may work across our Suite as part of our Persona-based design team, or on individual applications deep diving into the solutions needed across industries.

As part of the larger Design and User Experience Team, UX Designers leverage and contribute to the shared design system and user research insights. They ensure our products convey cohesive experiences while delivering specific customer value-adds for a particular customer segment or user persona. 

Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise-level solutions with complex and nuanced interactions for web and mobile.
  • Partner with the Product Managers, Technical Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to define problems & goals, clarify personas, map user flows, prototype interactions, and product design
  • Give and solicit feedback from cross-disciplinary partners
  • Lead design efforts in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Perform market and user research, including contextual inquiry, product feedback, data analysis, or competitive research

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience with Enterprise-level product design (SaaS experience a plus)
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver in scope and on time
  • Passion for creating efficient, scalable, highly usable web experiences
  • Work well in teams, respecting and welcoming ideas from colleagues
  • Prototyping skills
  • Comfortable performing user research and interacting with end-users, even if your experience is not extensive
  • Strong design skills with a clean, simple aesthetic
