Job Description
The UX Designer will work with a team including UX designers, a UX researcher, a UX writer, front-end developers, and QA testers to design and develop mobile and web applications, particularly analytics dashboards. Responsibilities include defining project assumptions, analyzing requirements, creating solutions, creating mockups and prototypes, ensuring visual integrity, and working with developers to realize the product vision. The role requires an understanding of the design process, the ability to conduct analyses and find solutions independently, and proficiency with mockup, prototyping, and graphic design tools. Strong communication skills and experience with commercial projects are essential. The role requires 2 days a week in the office.
Must Have:
- Experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web apps.
- Experience designing analytics dashboards.
- Define project assumptions and analyze requirements.

Our team is made up of UX designers, a UX researcher, a UX writer as well as front-end developers and QA testers. We work on a range of products, including systems that support casino management (e.g., device configuration, financial analysis) and online digital entertainment platforms.

What you'll do
- Define project assumptions, analyze requirements, and create solutions
- Create mockups and prototypes for mobile and web apps, clearly documenting your work
- Ensure the visual integrity of projects (including with help from design systems)
- Work with developers to oversee the realization of the product vision
Your knowledge & skills
- An understanding of the design process and the ability to adapt it to project needs
- Ability to conduct analyses and independently find solutions
- A solid grasp of usability design and information architecture principles
- A good understanding of the principles of graphic composition as well as data visualization methods
- Proficiency with mockup and prototyping tools (min. Figma/FigJam) as well as graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe suite)
- Solid Polish and English communication skills
