  • Gain experience working in cutting-edge AI product spaces, helping the team understand how people interact with AI-powered features.
  • Build your research skills in a supportive environment, while contributing to products used by tens of millions of people every day.

  • Is comfortable using collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Figma/FigJam, Miro, Google Docs) and is open to learning research-specific tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserTesting, dscout).
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills, especially when articulating research findings and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn from mentorship and hands-on experience in a fast-moving environment.
