Must have:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet/transportation/vehicle operations management
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid SIM A driving license
Good to have:
  • Experience in logistics or trucking industry

Requirements,

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in fleet, transportation, or vehicle operations management, preferably within the logistics or trucking industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer service orientation.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel for operational oversight and support.
  • Possession of a valid SIM A driving license (mandatory).

Responsibilities,

  • Supervise and ensure timely vehicle maintenance in coordination with third-party vendors.
  • Monitor the accuracy and consistency of vehicle data across operational systems.
  • Lead the investigation and resolution process for vehicle accidents and implement preventive safety measures.
  • Oversee vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of fleet conditions and documentation to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Support and coach the team to enhance performance and adherence to fleet policies and procedures.
  • Provide reporting and insights related to fleet performance and optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate and follow up on vehicle-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
