Tesla seeks a Vehicle Readiness Operations Driver in Tilburg, responsible for managing incoming new and used vehicle inventory. This involves coordinating vehicle movement between Tesla locations, ensuring vehicle readiness for customer delivery, working with internal and third-party logistics, creating shipping documents, and resolving vehicle issues. Additional responsibilities may include direct customer deliveries, vehicle cleaning, and mounting license plates. A valid driver's license and fluent English are essential.

Tesla is seeking a Vehicle Readiness Operations Driver to join our team in Tilburg. The candidate is a key contributor to the Tesla experience by coordinating the receipt of incoming new and used vehicle inventory. This position is responsible for management, movement of vehicles between Tesla locations and vehicle readiness for customer delivery. Candidates must have a high level of accountability, and a personal satisfaction in doing a great job.
- Manage vehicle arrivals and inventory at different offsite locations
- Work with internal and third-party logistics teams
- Create shipping documents
- Spot and report any vehicle issues
- Organize and handle vehicle movement and charging
- Stay in touch with teams involved in the delivery process
- Troubleshoot problems and escalate when necessary
- Deliver vehicles directly to customers' homes when needed
- Take on other tasks as needed to support, such as cleaning cars, mounting license plate holders etc
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving skills
- Ability to communicate, read and write effectively in English
- You are trustworthy, collaborative and always willing to support your team
- Highly motivated and goes above and beyond to create a great customer experience
- Attention to detail and quick to fix for issues
- You have the right to work in the Netherlands
