Super.com is seeking a Vertical Operations Intern for the Fall 2025 term to support the Operations team in addressing critical operational challenges and projects. The Vertical Operations team is the primary point of contact for each business vertical, responsible for end-to-end results, including policy establishment and performance verification. This role involves defining service requirements, setting SLAs, and continuously improving operations through data-driven oversight and optimization, focusing on upholding service quality, reducing costs, and driving innovation. Interns will assist in ideating, piloting, and rolling out new customer service processes, making recommendations to enhance customer support, and driving operational excellence as the company experiences significant growth.
