Job Details
VFX 수퍼바이저는 전반적인 기술적 접근 방식을 결정하고, 주어진 프로젝트에 대한 원하는 룩과 효과를 달성하는 데 필요한 리더십을 제공하여 클라이언트와 팀 간의 다리가 되어줍니다.
담당업무
- 프로덕션에 있어서의 감독의 비전을 구현함은 물론, 나아가 향상시키는 작업에 참여합니다.
- 해당 비전을 예술적/기술적 디렉션으로 승화하여 프로덕션에 전달합니다.
- 피드백에 기반하여 창작 작업의 디벨롭먼트를 이끌어냅니다.
- 기술적인 솔루션에 대한 전반적 결정권을 가지고, 프로덕션 및 프리/포스트 프로덕션 작업에 필요한 VFX 기술 방면의 리더쉽을 발휘합니다.
- 프로덕션에 필요한 각종 자원, 예산, 스케줄 및 업무 성과 기준 등을 계산 및 수립합니다.
- 시간적, 예산적 기한에 맞추어 작업을 진행하고 납품함은 물론, 프로젝트의 모든 시각효과 등 작업물의 퀄리티가 프로젝트 기준에 부합하게 하는 데에 책임을 다합니다.
- 프로젝트의 진행상황을 모니터링하여 스태프를 지도하고, 플레이트 촬영에 참여합니다.
- 디지털 효과의 각종 규범을 관리감독합니다.
- 감독의 평가에 앞서 작업 내용을 평가, 조정하고 컨펌합니다.
- 퍼포먼스 평가를 진행하고, 각 파트장에게 주기적인 퍼포먼스 피드백을 제공합니다.
- 회사의 경쟁 우위를 해할 여지가 있는 이슈를 해결하거나 방지하기 위한 전사 기준을 개선하는 경영진의 취지에 협조합니다.
채용조건과 우대조건
- 최소 6년 이상의 영화 VFX 업무 경력
- 큰 규모의 팀을 관리하고, 멘토링하고, 교육한 경험
- 행동 지향적이고 문제 해결 능력이 뛰어나며 훌륭한 창의적, 미적 감각 소유
- 2D 및 3D 소프트웨어를 포함한 다양한 기술에 대한 광범위한 지식
- 자신감 있고 화술이 뛰어나야 하며, 현장 에티켓과 클라이언트의 의향을 잘 파악하는 능력
- 창의적이고 테크니컬한 생각들과 아이디어를 구두로 혹은 서면으로 명확하게 전달할 수 있는 능력
- 실사 및 VFX 기술 및 예술적 측면에 대한 다방면의 작업 지식
The VFX Supervisor is responsible for determining the overall technical approach and provides the leadership needed to achieve the desired look and effects for a given project while acting as a creative liaison between the facility and the client. You should be fluent in Korean.
