As Vice President - HR Excellence, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and talent strategy of Dream11, a leading sports gaming company. You'll develop and implement comprehensive C&B frameworks, ensuring competitiveness across all business units, including executive compensation. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic oversight of executive compensation plans and ESOP schemes, ensuring smooth payroll operations and compliance with all relevant labor laws, leveraging HR analytics for data-driven insights, collaborating closely with senior leadership, and mentoring the HR team. This position requires 12+ years of experience in the C&B function, ideally from a consulting firm or start-up, with expertise in executive compensation, ESOP structures, payroll management, HR compliance, and industry best practices.
