Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. 

Well, what about the team?

The Vice President of Commercial - Spain drives customer and business growth by developing and executing commercial strategies aligned with business targets. This role supports and promotes the expansion of our portfolio of Spanish Ventures, ensuring a customer-centric approach at every stage of the relationship with our brands and products.

So, what will you be doing?

•  Leading the team to high performance through role modelling great leadership practice aligned to Company policies and practices. Setting vision and direction, motivating the team and establishing the right standards and principles for delivery and engagement.
•  Understanding market conditions and industry trends, as well as business operations to inform business strategy. 
•  Creating and executing a comprehensive growth marketing plan that aligns with the company’s overall business goals, with functional responsibility to lead Budgeting, Campaign and Market planning, Acquisition and all CRM/Promotional/Retention activities that underpin the delivery of the value proposition to players across all ventures.
•  Working with the Marketing Planning and Marketing Services teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate new revenue streams and promote business growth. 
•  Evaluating the performance of commercial activities through data analysis. 
•  Working collaboratively across the business with management teams to achieve business goals.
•  Building and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders. 
•  Understand latest industry and professional trends and technology to implement best practic 

And what do you need?

•  Have extensive knowledge of different facets of digital marketing including SEO, Content marketing, PPC advertising, Digital Media and other marketing channels. 
•  Have strong understanding and demonstrable experience in iGaming and Sportsbook verticals.
•  A proven track record of implementing successful customer experience strategies.
• Have stakeholder management at a senior level.
• Have significant experience of operating in a complex organisation. 
• Have experience driving performance through internal teams and/or agency suppliers.
• Possess a blend of commercial awareness, analytical and creative thinking, partnered with a strategic mindset.
• Have excellent communication and leadership skills, with clear strategic thinking and planning through to execution.
• Be results driven; thrives on challenge; action-orientated and pragmatic in approach.
• Be flexible, adaptable, and able to think creatively as plans evolve and events unfold.
• Be passionate about gaming.
